Product Servicing


We will be travelling in Queensland over the Christmas holidays and will have a selection of most stock items with us so we can mail out orders as usual, only they will be mailed from towns outside of Brisbane. Give us a call on 1800 688 221 if you need any help with products and we can update you on where your order will be shipped from.

 Our Post Office Box at Margate Beach will not be cleared between Monday December 21 and Monday January 4 and any items sent for repair will be fixed after the holiday.

For the convenience of our customers, all DT Systems products purchased from Animal Training Systems and our approved agents are serviced and repaired in Australia under our own Warranty programme. This enables us to return your training system as quickly as possible and avoids the long turnaround that sending your dog collar to the United States would entail, plus the $80-$100 for return freight.
We give a Two Year Warranty on DT Systems Bark Control Collars and DT Systems Remote Training Collars, whereas  some of these products have only a One Year Warranty in the United States.

We carry spare parts for all of the DT Systems products that we sell, please give us a call if the part you need is not on the website. We are happy to give advice and a quote for repairs on products that have not been purchased from us, however these will not be covered under the Animal Training Systems Warranty.

All SportDOG and PetSafe products and their associated brands are covered under Warranty by PetSafe Australia.

Include a note with your name, current address and telephone number (sounds silly, but we've had a few we couldn't trace), and a brief recap of the problem with your system. A copy of your original invoice should be included for warranty purposes.

All returned goods are at your risk. We suggest you mail your system by Parcel Post or Express Post which provide a tracking number to enable your goods to be traced should they go missing, and for more valueable items Extra Cover insurance can be purchased from Australia Post.
