When you are considering purchasing a new dog training, bark control or pet containment system we recommend contacting our staff who will assist you to select the right type of unit for your requirements and dog. At this time we ship to Australia and to Australian Territories only.

• Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard. Please Note: Animal Training System does not see or handle any credit card information. Animal Training Systems utilises the PayPal Gateway to securely handle all credit card information.
• Direct Deposit: Call us on 1800 688 221 for our bank account details and shipping costs. Order will be shipped once funds have cleared in our account.

Several times a year we travel away from Brisbane to exhibit at Queensland Field Days and Agricultural Shows so please call if sending a cheque or money order so we can advise you of the dates when we will be away as our Post Box will not be cleared until our return. If we are travelling to a show in your area you might like to select your product in person.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. In the event of any unforseen problems we will contact you for your instructions. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email confirmation with the Australia Post tracking number. Check the progress of your delivery on auspost.com.au and follow the “Track your item ” link on homepage. Allow 3-7 working days for Parcel Post delivery (mail times to rural areas and W.A may be longer. Please contact us if you need your order urgently to arrange Express Post delivery.
