How the PetSafe Barking Collar Works

Temperament Learning Mode

When your dog begins barking, the collar delivers a static stimulation at the lowest level and increases with each bark. Your dog will quickly learn that when the collar is on, not to bark. As a safety feature, the collar will shut off for 3 minutes if your dogs more than 15 times within an 80 second period.

The collar is suitable for multiple dog scenarios, as the bar sensor will only be activated by the dog wearing it.

The Barking Dog Collar PBC17-16635 is battery operated and waterproof. Each Battery lasts 3-6 months with average use.
