Animal Training Systems is based just South of Brisbane in Queensland. At this time we ship to Australia and to Australian Territories only.

Several times a year we travel to exhibit at Queensland Field Days and Agricultural Shows and products will be shipped from the nearest local Post Office.

We deliver all dog training products and most pet supplies using Australia Post’s postal network.

The postage cost for shipping is calculated by product weight using Parcel Post delivery: Delivery time 3-7 working days. (Delivery to rural areas and Western Australia may take longer)

For urgent delivery please call us to arrange for your order to be shipped Express Post: Delivery time 1-2 working days. (Delivery to rural areas and Western Australia may take longer)

Owing to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the designated delivery address, you should receive a notification card in your mailbox or under your door to let you know that your item is awaiting collection at a local post office. The card will tell you which outlet you can collect your item from and when it will be ready for collection. Please ensure you take suitable ID with you when collecting your item.

If you wish to order several products please feel free to contact us to see if we can arrange a better freight price as the in-built Shipping Calculator does have limitations on calculating multiple items.

Your order will generally be processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email confirmation with the Australia Post tracking number. You can check the progress of your delivery on auspost.com.au and follow the “Track your item” link on homepage.

Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal ensure the fastest possible dispatch times as we do not have to wait for funds to clear.

Please take extra care when completing your delivery details on our website. Animal Training Systems assumes no responsibility for incorrectly addressed orders.

Animal Training Systems will not accept liability for loss or damage resulting from late delivery of an order once it has been scanned in and accepted by Australia Post.
